In this traditional way of preparation, the olives are placed between layers of thick salt and herbs without any liquid. This proccess dehydrates them and gives a unique flavor and texture. We offer them in jars with herbs, with olive oil from the garden or home made apple cider vinegar. All products arw grown snd sourced naturally.
Following a zero waste concept, you can bring your own jar to fill up with a discount of €1.
